　　富明铁矿购买的安佰拓1254采矿钻车，原装配进口凿岩机使用年限已到期。于2021年底更换安装使用沃思德A18D/L液压凿岩机配T45钎尾，孔径尺寸76mm，钻孔深度28米，平均耗时26分钟。

　　新疆八一钢铁集团购买的江西鑫通单臂掘进台车，原装配某进口品牌凿岩机，已使用约2180小时，故障频率较高，售后服务不及时且配件供应较慢，4.3米的钎杆在F14岩石层情况下钻孔缓慢，平均速度为4分30秒。2021年12月更换安装使用沃思德A18D/L，客户反馈更换凿岩机后，凿岩效率明显提高，平均钻孔速度提升至2分20秒，故障频率低，截止目前已工作750小时左右，正常保养未出现明显故障问题。

　　Jiangxi Siton single-arm roadheading cart purchased by Xinjiang Bayi Iron and Steel Group was originally equipped with an imported brand rock drilling machine, which has been used for about 2180 hours, with high failure frequency, untimely after-sales service and slow supply of spare parts, and the 4.3m brazing rod drilled slowly in F14 rock layer, with an average speed of 4.30 minutes. In December 2021, the Woserld 1838ME Rock Drill was installed. The client reported that after the replacement of our product, the rock drilling efficiency was significantly improved, the average drilling speed was increased to 2.20 minutes, and the failure frequency was low. Up to now, it has been working for about 750 hours, with normal maintenance and no apparent failures occurred.

　　山西某铁矿服役9年的安佰拓281台车原装配使用的是安佰拓1838HD+凿岩机，现更换使用沃思德A18D/L，铁矿岩石硬度为F14，属于高硬度岩（一般来说，坚固的花岗岩硬度在F15以上），钻杆长度3.7m，平均耗时约2分10秒，确保了掘进任务的完成。截止目前已累计工作594小时未做拆机保养。

　　An iron ore mine in Shanxi has been in service for 9 years, and the original Epiroc 281 cart was equipped with an Epiroc 1838HD+ rock drill, which is now replaced with a Woserld 1838ME Hydraulic Rock Drill. The iron ore rock hardness is F14, which is a high hardness rock (generally speaking, the hardness of solid granite is above F15), and the length of the drill pipe is 3.7m, with an average time of about 2.10 minutes, ensuring the completion of the digging task. Up to now, it has worked 594 hours without dismantling and maintenance.

　　良山矿业购买的华泰HT-72液压采矿钻车原装配某进口品牌液压凿岩机，因售后服务不及时、配件等待耗时长且昂贵，未及时做保养至机体内部损坏严重，无法打中深孔，2022年初客户选择更换安装使用沃思德A18D/L。在凿岩机连续工作24小时的情况下，截止目前已累计工作626小时未做拆机保养，钻孔深度3.5米，平均单个钻孔时长提升至2分15秒。

　　The Huatai HT-72 Hydraulic Mining Drill truck purchased by Liangshan Mining was originally equipped with an imported brand hydraulic rock drill, which was not maintained in time due to untimely after-sales service, long waiting time for spare parts and high price, until the internal body of the machine was severely damaged and could not drill deep holes. At the beginning of 2022, the client chose to replace and install the Woserld 1838ME Hydraulic Rock Drill. In the case of 24-hour continuous work, our product has been working for 626 hours without dismantling and maintenance. The drilling depth is 3.5 meters, and the average single drilling time is increased to 2.15 minutes.
